Christmas has definitely arrived!

Our Willow and Elm class pupils, plus the children from Acorns, did a fantastic job of entertaining everyone during the two performances of this year’s Nativity, ‘The Grumpy Sheep’.  Thank you to everyone who came along and for the very positive comments we have received about how polished the performances were.  Thank you to our Friends of School who provided refreshments at the evening performance.

To add to the Christmas feeling, fourteen of our Year 4, 5 and 6 pupils sang beautifully at the Christmas Luncheon Club held at the Village Hall.  They sang a variety of traditional carols, the Christingle song and a song from the Nativity.  It is one of the highlights of our school year to be invited to entertain the older members of our community at the Lunch Club.  Everyone who attended the lunch, was particularly impressed by the clarity and tone of the singing.

Well done to everyone – we are very proud of your achievements.
